From medication management to support with daily activities, 24/7 care offers families the peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved one is cared for in a place that truly feels like home.

Our long-term care community is publicly funded through Fraser Health. To learn about eligibility and begin the assessment and referral process, contact the Fraser Health Access Line at 1-855-412-2121, available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
